Solahart is the World Leader in Solar Hot Water Systems.

Solahart Industries has been manufacturing since 1905, introducing its first solar water heater in 1953. Solahart is now a trans-national organization operating in all continents (with installation in over 70 countries).

In Singapore, we currently have a few thousand installations done on residential houses and have major Solar projects done up for School, Hotel, Hospitals and Country Clubs.

Solahart is the only solar hot water system that offers an international 100 % comprehensive warranty that include parts and labour from the manufacturer.

For the domestic industry, our range of products include:

Solahart L Series

Solahart L Series is commonly installed model in Singapore is the L series. It is a roof mounted, open circuit solar water heater specifically designed to provide economical service in medium to high solar gain areas.

The L Series is ingenious in its simplicity. The black polyester powder coated aluminium absorber collects the sun's heat and transfers it to the water in the 6 risers. Copper is used for the risers for its high thermal conductivity ensuring the maximum amount of heat energy is passed to the water. Key benefits of this system include savings of up to 85% of your water heating energy consumption.

Solahart J Series

Solarhart J Series is an upgraded model employing the concept of heat transfer is the J series.

The main difference from the L series is that the J series contains an anti-corrosive agent ("Hartgard®"), that circulates around the solar panel and the heat generated is transferred to the stored water within the tank.

The J series utilizes Solahart's multi-flow collector panel which uses a huge 35 risers to extract the maximum amount of energy from the sun.

Solahart Streamline Electric Boosted
(Open Circuit)

Apart from these, there is the Solahart Streamline series that is mainly used in situations whereby the roof structure is not strong enough to withstand the weight of the entire system. Basically, the storage tank is positioned at ground level, and only the solar panels are installed on the roof, to maximize the solar gain.

The Streamline uses the L collector, with 6 copper risers in its collector panels, which transfer the solar energy directly to the water as it is circulated through the panels by an electric pump.

Solahart Synergy

TheSolahart Synergy uses an advanced design to provide single pass true top down heating. The flow of the water through the heat exchanger is controlled to ensure the water is heated to 60°C in a single pass and deposited at the top of the storage cylinder for immediate use. This ensures the supply of usable hot water without waiting for the entire tank to heat.

The Synergy's larger compressor gives quicker recovery providing hot water faster. Synergy has the storage capacity and recovery similar to an electric water heater, but with the energy savings of a solar water heater.

The Synergy operates in much the same way as a refrigerator but in reverse. Ambient air is used to warm and convert the refrigerant into a gas. This gas is compressed in the integrated compressor unit on top of the tank, generating further heat, which is transferred to the water.
